An on-going Preventive Maintenance program helps ensure optimum system reliability and equipment life. We offer standard or customizable preventive maintenance service plans on all major manufacturers' brands of UPS equipment.


Critical Power Service Plans ensure reliability and extend the life of your UPS equipment. Plans customized to meet each client's needs allow facility personnel to proactively deal with potential issues, avoiding expensive system failures.


Although different service plans provide varying levels of service, alt plans share specific features.

Bronze Maintenance Plan
  • One (1) Year full coverage
  • Emergency Service 5x8, Monday-Friday
  • Including all parts, labor and expenses
  • Response time 1s next business day or less
  • Contract includes one (1) PM Inspection:
    • To be performed during normal business hours
    • Includes full UPS Electronics and Battery maintenance
    • Battery replacement not covered under contract

Silver Maintenance Plan
  • One (1) Year full coverage
  • Emergency Service 7x24,365
  • Including all parts, labor and expenses
  • Response time is four (4) hours or less
  • Contract includes one (1) PM inspection:
    • To be performed during normal business hours
    • Includes full UPS Electronics and Battery maintenance
    • Battery replacement not covered under contract

Gold Maintenance Plan
  • One (1) Year full coverage
  • Emergency Service 7x24,365
  • Including all parts, labor and expenses
  • Response time is four (4) hours or less
  • Contract includes two (2) PM inspection:
    • To be performed during normal business hours
    • Includes full UPS Electronics and Battery maintenance
    • Battery replacement not covered under contract
